FAQ
Questions people ask
Can't see your question? Send it with your quote request and we'll answer it.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to book. For larger or commercial jobs we may arrange a quick site visit first so the price is accurate.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Morningside and work across Auckland. Tell us your suburb in the quote form and we'll confirm your visit day.
Can I book a one-off job?
Yes. We do one-off jobs such as overgrown section clean-ups and end-of-tenancy cleans, as well as weekly, fortnightly, three-weekly and monthly visits.
Do you take the green waste away?
Yes. Clippings and green waste are removed as part of the job unless you'd prefer them mulched or left for your own compost.
Do I need to be home?
Not for outdoor work, as long as we can get access to the section. For indoor cleaning we'll agree on access arrangements when we confirm the booking.
Do you work with property managers and businesses?
Yes. We look after rentals, offices, shops and shared sites, and can set up ongoing contracts with regular GST invoicing.
